Instructions:
1. Click “Check Listings” for the next available tour.
2. Select the date and time you prefer and fill out the form.
3. We will confirm the reservation with you and the hotel
Where do we meet?
Unlike our other tours we will meet you in the lobby of the hotel. From there we will collect the bicycles from the concierge (Please have your name and room number available). This tour is only available to guests of the Hilton Tokyo.
Can we pay with Credit Card?
At the moment we only accept cash at the end of the tour.
Do you offer longer tours
Yes. We have the option for full-day tours but this will have to be coordinated with the hotel staff and we will need at least 2 weeks notice before the tour. NOTE: Longer tours are customized private tours and are ¥15,000 per guest.
What if it rains
I will ride in almost any weather but it can be dangerous to ride in bad weather conditions. We will make the call when we meet you in the lobby (or we will send an email if there is a weather alert).
What if I don’t see a date listed that I want?
We will try to work with guests but our schedule only allows for the specific dates for this hotel tour. Please contact us a info@freewheeling.jp and we may be able to arrange something.
